DAY 01: 06 April 2011, Depart USA and New Zealand Departure FROM USA and New Zealand TO Dubai
DAY 02: 07 April 2011, Dubai - Istanbul (D) Arrival Turkey, Welcoming guest coming in the airport of Ataturk and transporting to Hotel. Enjoy dinner, and live music. Back to the hotel for overnight. http://www.celalagakonagihotel.com/
DAY 03: 08 April 2011, Full day Turkey (B, L, D) Breakfast at the hotel then meet your guide to start your tour visit Hippodrome , Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace, then Hagia Sophia, Süleymaniye Mosque, and Grand Covered Bazaar, lunch, back to the hotel for refreshment then at the evening enjoy Turkish Night Show: Turkish and Ottoman kitchens' distinguished foods, put in order with Istanbul Inn's care and with Belly Dancers, Anatolian Folk and oriental shows during the program. Back to the hotel for overnight.
DAY 04: 09 April 2011, Full day Turkey (B, L, D) Breakfast at the hotel then meet your guide to start your tour visit Egyptian Bazzar, New Mosque, lunch, back to the hotel for refreshment then at the evening Taste the specialties of Turkish cuisine while watching the admirable panorama of Istanbul and the Bosphorus Bridge in the moonlight. Enjoy yourself with the open buffet dinner, unlimited local drinks and live music.
DAY 05: 10 April 2011, Full day Turkey (B, L, D) Bursa was the first capital city of Ottoman Empire. During the tour, you’ll see Grand Mosque, Green Tomb, which is famous with their Iznik tiles. You’ll have the most famous kebap in Turkey, in it’s hometown. It’s called Iskender Kebap. You’ll see the historical Covered Bazaar and the old Silk Market, then you’ll climb by cable car to Uludag (Olympos). You’ll be able to watch the magnificent view of the city from the mountain. You'll be in your hotel late evening.
DAY 06: 11 April 2011, Full day Turkey (B, L, D) Breakfast at the hotel then meet your guide to start your tour visit Princes Islands Tour including Cruise in Marmara sea to Princess Islands, stop at Büuükada (the popular summer resort famous for its pine woods and beaches). Tour of the island with horse-drawn carriages, then free time for shopping and lunch. Evening enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Back to the hotel for overnight.
DAY 07: 12 April 2011, Istanbul Cairo – OLD Cairo Tour (L, D) Arrive Cairo airport then you will be met by a guide who will assist with Customs and Passport control. After clearing Customs, transfer to your Hotel, for check-in. Relaxation then start our tour of the Coptic Christian Sector where you will visit the Old Cairo which is known to the Egyptians as Masr al-Qadima then contains the Babylon Fortress, the Hanging Church and other Coptic churches like the Church of St. Sergius, which is built on a crypt considered to be one of the resting places of the Holy Family during their flight to Egypt 2000 years ago. Then proceed to the Ben Ezra Synagogue from the time of the once thriving Jewish community in Egypt under the leadership of Rabbi Ben Ezra. And finally visit the Mosque of Amr ibn al-'As, the first and oldest mosque ever built on the land of Egypt. (Lunch at a local restaurant). After lunch, visit the Egyptian Museum, the most important depository of Egyptian antiquities in the world, including the magnificent treasures excavated from the tomb of Tutankhamen. (Possible optional tour the Sound & Light Show in pyramids). Back to the hotel for dinner & overnight.
Day 08: 13 April 2011 Cairo - Menia – Cairo (B, L, D) Early morning by car to Tell Amarna. And take tractor to the Rock Tombs of Tell El Amarna, once Queen Nesretiti and King Akhenaton's Capital. Proceed to the rock Tombs of Beni-Hassan, where interesting paintings of the old and middle Kingdom are visited. Visit the three main Tombs facing the valley. From the East side cross again the Nile to the West Bank and by car proceed to Touna El Gebel where you should arrive at around noontime. A lunch picnic basket will be served at a rest house. The Temple of Petosiris, the Roman wheel, Baboons and the Ibis Cemeteries, Drive back to Cairo for dinner & overnight at your hotel in Cairo.
Day 09 till 11: 14-16 April 2011, Cairo - Sinai Desert (B, L, D) Breakfast at hotel, then Departure to the fisherman’s city of Abou Zeniema, in which we head off road 45-km to the area of Sarabit El Khadem. We pass by ancient mining cites, colorful mountains and heaps of sand to finally reach the mountain of Sarabit. We park our cars and start our climb to the summit of the mountain to reach the ancient Egyptian temple of Hathor, we tour the Temple and later on visit the ancient Turquoise Mines. Upon our decent we reach the site of our Bedouin camp We start crossing through the heart of Sinai to reach The Forest of Pillars 30-km off road, which resembles pillars standing out in the desert, All our meals Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner Bedouin cooking Bedouin can be great cooks. Two favorite dishes are sand baked bread and fried dates. To make the bread you mix dough of four, salt, a little sugar and water. This you roll out fat. You then scoop away the embers of the fire and lay the bread in the sand. Then cover with sand and embers. After ten minutes turn the bread over and cook the other side. Adjust the time depending on the thickness of the bread and how many embers you have. Though you may imagine the sand will stick it does not. Carefully brush with your hand and you will have a marvelous loaf of bread Fried dates is very simple - just a little oil in a pan over the fire. Eaten when soft with the bread they are sweet and delicious. Overnight in camps.
Day 12: 17 April 2011, St. Catherine – Cairo (B, L, D) At about 2.00 am start our visit to Moses Mountain where Moses came upon a burning bush that was, miraculously unconsumed by its own flames. A voice speaking out of the Fire (Exodus 3:1-13) commanded him to lead his people out of bondage in Egypt and return with them to the Mountain. Back to Hotel for Breakfast transfer to Cairo. Lunch on the way then back to your hotel in Cairo for dinner & overnight. Day 13: 18 April 2011, Tour To Giza Pyramids(B, L, D) Breakfast at the hotel. At 5:30am transfer around the Ancient Three Pyramids of Giza (Cheops, Chephren and Mekerenos). We start our private time at 6.00am when we move to the Cheops Pyramid We spend our time in the Subterranean Chamber, then inside the King's Chamber, then in the Queen's Chamber. Then we move to the Great Sphinx and spend our time between the paws of the Great Sphinx until 11.00am. After lunch, refreshment at the hotel and in the evening have dinner at a local restaurant and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 14: 19 April 2011 Cairo– Baharia (B,L,D) After breakfast, In the morning Drive from Cairo to El Bahariya Oasis (385km) about four hours. Visit the little museum in Bawiti with some fascinating local finds. Then we will enter the marvelous and refreshingly original tomb of Benantui from the 26th. Dynasty. Next, to the Amasis chapels which are being preserved in an unusually sympathetic style? After a visit to the Temple of Alexander drive to visit the English house, the hot springs and watch the sun go down over the salt lake. Dinner & overnight in camping.
Day 15: 20 April 2011 Baharia – Alexandria (B, L, D) After breakfast, In the morning Drive towards the incredible white desert, on the way we will stop by the Crystal and Black Mountains for visit and lunch. Visit the White Desert & enjoy seeing the beautiful shapes of lime stone drive to Alexandria, Spend the rest of the day free at leisure. Dinner & Overnight in Alexandria.
Day 16: 21 April 2011, Alexandria Day Tour (B, L, D) After breakfast, we will visit Pompey's Pillar, standing on the site of an ancient Temple. We will also visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shuqafa where early Alexandrian Christians are buried from the early Roman times. Then visit the Greco- Roman theatre and the Qait Bay Fort. Explore the Alexandria Library, an architectural masterpiece with a massive repository of international manuscripts (Lunch at a local restaurant). Back to the hotel rest of day free at leisure for overnight.
Day 17: 22 April 2011, ِAlexandria - Cairo (B, L, D) Breakfast at the hotel then drive back to Cairo, Arrival Cairo, lunch, then transfer to your hotel for to Hotel for relaxation then in the evening have dinner at a local restaurant then back to your hotel for overnight.
Day 18: 23 April 2011, Cairo - Dubai ( B ) Breakfast at the Hotel. Check-out and transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure. We wish you a safe and pleasant journey home and hope to see you back soon.

Itinerary
Day 1 Sunday 28 February USA and New Zealand Departure from USA and New Zealand Day 2 Monday 1 March Arrival Cairo (L, D) Assemble at International airport and proceed to airport to board flight for Cairo. Arrive Cairo airport transfer to your Hotel, for check-in. Relaxation then Lunch. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. Day 3 Tuesday 2 MarchDahshour -Sakkara (B, L, D) Breakfast at the hotel. At 8.30am transfer to visit Dahshur Pyramids (the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid). Then transfer to visit Sakkara. Lunch included. Then transfer back to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. Possible optional tour to the Sound and Light Show. Day 4 Wednesday 3 March Cairo - Aswan (B, L, D) Breakfast at the hotel, Check-out from the hotel. Transfer to Cairo airport, Flight to Aswan, arrive Aswan, transfer to visit Unfinished Obelisk then transfer to check-in at Basma Aswan Hotel. Lunch included, dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. (Possible optional tour to the Nubian Village). Day 5 Thursday 4 March Aswan - Abu Simble (B, L, D) Early breakfast at the hotel, check-out from the hotel and transfer to visit Philae Temple. Drive to Abu Simble ( 3 hours approximately). Arrival Abu Simble, check-in at Seti I Hotel. Lunch included then relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. At 6pm Evening transfer to watch the sound and light show at Abu Simble Temple Day 6 Friday 5 March Abu Simble - Aswan (B, L, D) Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Abu Simble Temple then check-out from the hotel and drive back to Aswan. Arrival Aswan, check-In at 5 star deluxe cruise ship upper deck cabins ( 4 Days ). Starting with Lunch. At 4.30pm sailing to Kom-Ombo. Visit Kom Ombo Temple and Dinner during the sailing to Edfu. Overnight stay on board. Day 7 Saturday 6 March Com Ombo - Edfu (B, L, D) Breakfast on board. Early morning visit Edfu Temple – sail to Luxor via Esna. Lunch, Dinner and overnight stay on board at Luxor.
Day 8 Sunday 7 March Luxor East (B, L, D) Breakfast on board. Transfer to visit the East Bank (Karnak and Luxor ) Temples. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel. Lunch, Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 9 Monday 8 March Luxor West (B, L, D) Breakfast on board and check-out (Possible optional hot air balloon tour). At 700AM we begin our visit to the West Bank (The Valley of the Kings and Queens, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon). Then transfer to Meridien Luxor Hotel on full board basis starting with Lunch.
Day 10 Tuesday 9 March Dandara and Abydous (B, L, D) Breakfast at the hotel. At 500AM transfer with private convoy to visit Dendera and Abydos Temples. This full day tour Includes packed lunch. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Luxor. Day 11 Wednesday 10 March Luxor - Cairo - Egy. Museum (B, L, D) Breakfast at the hotel, check-out, transfer to Luxor airport to fly to Cairo. Arrival Cairo, met and then transfer to visit the Citadel/Mohamed Ali Mosque. Lunch and then visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, the most important collection of Egyptian artifacts found anywhere the world. We marvel at the fabulous treasures of Tutankhamon. Transfer to your Hotel for check-in. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel. Day 12 Thursday 11 March Tour to Giza Pyramids: (B, L, D) Breakfast at the hotel. Day 13 Friday 12 March Cairo – St. Catherine (B, L, D) Breakfast at the Hotel, then drive to St. Catherine and Sinai Mountain. We will drive through the Gulf of Suez and the Gulf of Aqaba in Sinai. This is the region where the Bedouin Nomads Villages and Towns are located. Lunch on the way in good restaurant. This is part of the route taking by Moses when he led his people out of Egypt. Arrival dinner and overnight in your hotel in St. Catherine.
Day 14 Saturday 13 March St. Catherine - Taba (A /I ) Early morning, climb the Holy Sinai Mountain to watch the spectacular sunshine. Mount Sinai is the Sacred Mountain in the Sinai peninsula, the peak where Moses met with God who delivered to him the tables containing the Ten Commandments. At the Monastery of St. Catherine Moses came upon a burning bush that was, miraculously unconsumed by its own flames. A voice speaking out of the Fire (Exodus 31-13) commanded him to lead his people out of bondage in Egypt and return with them to the Mountain. Upon his return Moses twice climbed the mountain to commune with God. This is the region through which Moses is said to have led his people, eventually to the Promise Land. This region is very sacred to Christians, Jews and Muslims alike. Breakfast and drive to Taba. Check-in at 5 star hotels, day at leisure, lunch, dinner. Overnight stay at hotel. Day 15 Sunday 14 March Taba - Petra (B, L, D) Breakfast at the Hotel in Taba. Check-out, at 7am and transfer to Taba Harbor to board on the ferry boat to Aqaba. Arrival and check in to Marriott Hotel free time relaxing. At 0100 afternoon, lunch at the hotel and enjoying the mountains view In the evening enjoy Petra by night show. They light the entire As Siq and Treasury with over 1500 candles. You make the journey down the As Siq in complete silence so that you can reflect on the beauty and astonishing sights around you. Back to our hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 16 Monday 15 March Petra – Wadi Rum (B, L, D) Breakfast at the hotel 09.00 am Start our day tour to Petra with Horse Riding (800 Meters). It’s the treasure of ancient world, hidden behind an almost impenetrable barrier of rugged mountains, boasting incomparable scenes that make it the most, majestic and imposing ancient site still-standing nowadays. It has been said “There is nothing in the world that resembles it.” The rock carved rose-red city of Petra is full of mysterious charm, it was “designed to strike wonder in all who entered it.” It is the legacy of the Nabataeans, an industrious Arab people who settled in southern Jordan more than 2,000 years ago. Back to our hotel for Lunch and check out Then drive by our a/c coach to Wadi Rum to enjoy: BBQ dinner at The Bedouin Camps. Overnight in the desert. Day 17 Tuesday 16 March Wadi Rum - Aqaba – Taba (B, L, D) Breakfast then enjoy the Day in- Bedouin Camp discovery and Jeep’s trip with photo stop for 2 hours. Lunch then transfer to Aqaba port to take the ferry boat to Taba. Arrival Taba. Check in to our hotel. Free time at leisure and relaxing. Dinner and overnight in Taba.
Day 18 Wednesday 17 March Taba (A /I ) Breakfast at the hotel then spend all the day free at leisure and relaxing. Day 19 Thursday 18 March Taba - Cairo (B, L, D) Breakfast at the Hotel, free time till noon after lunch at the hotel. Check-out and drive back to Cairo. Arrive Cairo, check in a 5 star hotel at the pyramid. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. Night at leisure.
Day 20 Friday 19 March Cairo – USA/New Zealand (B) Breakfast at the Hotel. Check-out and transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure. We wish you a safe and pleasant journey home and hope to see you back soon.
